This section of the greenway starts from the Xinbaoxiang River and ends at the most beautiful road (Pachi Mountain), with a total length of 71.9 kilometres. According to the local conditions, 7 characteristic themed "mountain, water, forest, field, lake, grass and village" trestle bridges and several cross-river bridges have been built for visitors to “check in” and several observation platforms constructed, connecting 8 major wetland parks along Dianchi Lake, such as Baofeng and Wangguan, 2 historical and cultural villages, Wolong Ancient Fishing Village and Haiyan Village, and more than 20 beautiful villages, such as Xiaoyu Village and Niulian Village, so that tourists can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery along Dianchi Lake.

该段绿道起于新宝象河，止于最美公路（爬齿山），全长71.9公里。因地制宜打造了“山、水、林、田、湖、草、村”7座特色主题打卡栈桥和多座跨河桥，并建造多处观景平台，将沿途滇池沿岸宝丰、王官等8个主要湿地公园，卧龙古渔村、海晏村2个历史文化名村及小渔村、牛恋村等20多个美丽乡村串联起来，让游客领略滇池沿线美丽的自然风光。
