Dianchi Lake is rich in ecological resources along its shores, including seven treasure wetlands such as Haihong Wetland, Xinghai Peninsula Wetland, and Gangouwei Wetland, which showcase the charm of the "Green and Beautiful Spring City" in a vivid and pluralistic way.

The Haihong Wetland is located on the north bank of Dianchi Lake and west of the entrance of Panlong River, covering an area of 383 mu. It is not only a lakeside ecological barrier of Dianchi Lake but also an ideal place for citizens and tourists to relax and hang out.

The most eye-catching characteristic of the wetland is the large number of planted metasequoia trees, which display different colors throughout the four seasons. Tourists can enjoy the fun of boating on the shimmering water surface by rowing through the Metasequoia forest through the rich recreational facilities in the park.

The Xinghai Peninsula Wetland is situated at the intersection of Huanhu East Road and Hubin Road, covering an area of 1086 mu with well-equipped infrastructure. It is adjacent to Dianchi Lake and accompanied by Xishan Mountain, which has beautiful scenery throughout the year. 

Here, tourists can enjoy the majestic mountains, the clear waters, and more than 100 species of lively birds that have settled here, seamlessly blending natural beauty with urban scenery.

The Laoyuhe National Wetland Park, known as the "lung of the Dianchi," is located on the east bank of Dianchi Lake. It consists of the Laoyu River, Dianchi Lake lakeside forest belt, swamps, and some Dianchi Lake water bodies, covering about 800 mu with a wetland rate of 75%. 

This enchanting park features the "Water Forest", where there is water under the forest and fish in the water. When small boats wander through it slowly, the bright sunlight shines through the layers of lush branches, casting mottled light and shadow on the water's surface, creating a captivating scene.

Gangouwei Wetland is a "treasure" near Dianchi Lake and is known as the "mirror of the sky" in Kunming. Many tall trees are planted in the wetland. The tall trunk goes straight into the sky, and there is a gravel path in the grass under the tree, extending all the way to Caohai.

The scenery of the wetland is beautiful. When you cross a path and walk into the Gangouwei, your eyes are suddenly enlightened. The blue sky is cloudless, and the water reflects the same color as the sky, giving people the illusion of being in a coastal city.

Nandianchi National Wetland Park is located in the southwest section of Dianchi Greenway, and it is the first national wetland park in Kunming. Nandianchi National Wetland Park is close to the most beautiful highway around the lake, where plants, birds, fish, and human beings live in harmony. 

Relying on the beautiful scenery of Dianchi Lake, you can enjoy the vast water features and lush green plants when you stroll through it. There are more than 100 species of plants in the whole wetland park. During the stroll, watching birds fly by from time to time shows the charm of biodiversity to the fullest.

Wangguan Wetland is located in the south of Kunming Huanhu Road, at the junction of Guangpu Dagou and Chenggong, with a total area of 790.06 mu. There are many kinds of flowers, such as chrysanthemums, sage, carnation, and evening primrose, and here you can enjoy the beautiful sea of flowers all year round.

At the scenic corridor of Wangguan Wetland, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Dianchi Lake and the “Sleeping Beauty” Xishan Mountain. Looking out from the Dianchi Greenway, the water and sky merge into one, while the lake boardwalk stretches into Dianchi Lake, showcasing Kunming’s ecological beauty.

Lakeside Ecological Wetland is also called Caohai Tunnel Wetland. The north bank of the wetland is adjacent to Dianchi Lake, while the south bank is the lawn. The Dianchi Lake Greenway runs through it, sketching a beautiful landscape among the water plants, lakes and marshes.

Under the blue sky, beside the clear water, the red and blue Dianchi Greenway meanders along the Caohai River, like a winding ribbon wreathing around Dianchi Lake.

春暖花开，正是踏青好时节。滇池湖滨生态资源丰富，海洪湿地、星海半岛湿地、干沟尾湿地等七大宝藏湿地，立体多元地展现了“绿美春城”的魅力。

海洪湿地位于滇池北岸、盘龙江入湖口西侧，占地面积达383亩，不仅是滇池的一道湖滨生态屏障，也是市民和游客休闲娱乐的好去处。

湿地里种植着大量水杉，四季呈现不同颜色，始终是最亮眼的主角。公园内的游玩设施非常丰富，游客可以划船穿行水杉林，享受在波光粼粼的水面上泛舟的乐趣。

星海半岛湿地位于环湖东路和湖滨路交叉口处，占地面积1086亩，基础设施齐全。湿地与滇池相邻，和西山为伴，一年四季美景不断。

来星海半岛湿地，可以观山、眺水、赏鸟，100多种鸟类在这里安家，自然美景与城市风光浑然一体。

捞渔河国家湿地公园位于滇池东岸，由捞渔河、滇池湖滨林带、沼泽及部分滇池水体组成，占地约800亩，湿地率达75%，被称为“滇海之肺”。

捞渔河国家湿地公园的一大特色为“水上森林”，林下有水、水中有鱼，明媚的阳光穿过层层叠叠、郁郁葱葱的树枝，在水面上投射出斑驳的光影，小船游走其间，十分惬意。

干沟尾湿地是滇池边的一处“宝藏”，被誉为昆明的“天空之镜”，湿地内种植了很多高大树木。高高的树干直冲云天，树下草地中一条碎石小道穿插其间，一直向草海延伸。

湿地的景色美不胜收，通过一段小路走进干沟尾，眼前豁然开朗，碧空如洗，水天一色，让人有种身处海滨城市的错觉。

南滇池国家湿地公园地处滇池绿道西南段，是昆明市第一个国家级湿地公园。南滇池国家湿地公园紧邻最美环湖路，植物、鸟类、鱼类和人类在这里和谐共生。

依托迤逦的滇池风光，漫步其间，可以欣赏到浩瀚水景、悠悠绿植。整个湿地公园有植物百余种，徜徉其间，看鸟儿不时飞过，生物多样性的魅力展现得淋漓尽致。

王官湿地位于昆明环湖路以南、广普大沟至呈贡交界区域，总占地面积790.06亩。湿地内菊花、鼠尾草、石竹、月见草等各类花卉数不胜数，一年四季都可以观赏美丽的花海。

在王官湿地的景观视廊上，能观赏到完整的滇池和西山睡美人景观。从滇池绿道放眼望去，水天一线，天然湖泊栈道伸向滇池，尽显昆明生态之美。

湖滨生态湿地又称草海隧道湿地。湿地北岸紧靠滇池，南岸是草坪，滇池绿道贯穿其中，在水草湖沼间勾画出一幅山水田园的美景。

蓝天下，碧水旁，红蓝相间的滇池绿道，蜿蜒在草海沿岸，犹如一条蜿蜒的丝带环绕在滇池边。
