（InKunming Lexi）Recently, the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission posted an article on the new model of overseas green and low-carbon park jointly constructed by Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as Kunming Area) and Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.

Kunming Area actively cooperates with Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the area, to promote the construction of the low-carbon demonstration park in Laos Vientiane Saysettha Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as SDZ). By introducing China's new energy equipment and digital intelligent systems, developing high-tech, green and low-carbon industries, cultivating green production and lifestyle, helping the green and low-carbon development of SDZ, building a model of low-carbon environmental protection in Southeast Asian countries, and providing experiences for the low-carbon development in national comprehensive development zones along the Belt and Road.

By building a project team, SDZ has continuously strengthened its connection with local government, customs, production enterprises, and logistics companies. It took 4 years to successfully pass the selection of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, and has become one of the "10 low-carbon demonstration zone" cooperation projects carried out by China in developing countries. 2,000 sets of solar LED street lights, 12 new energy buses, 8 new energy trucks, and 8 new energy environmental law enforcement vehicles have been put into use, which can reduce local carbon emissions by about 1,243 tons every year (equivalent to planting more than 100,000 trees).

By driving green and low-carbon production with new energy vehicle equipment, SDZ has set up a green development pattern, helped enterprises in the zone to build green factories, and provided a demonstration model for the transformation of low-carbon in Laos industrial parks.

近日，国家发展和改革委员会官网发文关注昆明经开区（自贸试验区昆明片区）与云南建投协同打造海外绿色低碳园区新样板。

中国（云南）自贸试验区昆明片区积极协同片区企业云南省建设投资控股集团有限公司推动赛色塔低碳示范区建设，通过引入国内新能源装备和数字智能系统，发展高新绿色低碳产业，培育绿色生产生活方式，助力赛色塔园区绿色低碳发展，打造东南亚国家低碳环保典范，为“一带一路”沿线国家综合开发区低碳发展提供经验借鉴。

赛色塔综合开发区通过组建项目团队，不断加强与属地政府、海关、生产企业、物流公司等的对接，历时4年，顺利通过中国生态环境部评选，成为中国在发展中国家开展的“10个低碳示范区”合作项目之一。现已完成2000套太阳能LED路灯、12辆新能源客车、8辆新能源卡车、8辆新能源环境执法车的投入使用，每年可实现当地碳减排约1243吨，相当于植树超10万棵。
