（InKunming Rachel）According to the Management Committee of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Kunming Economic Technique Development Zone), Kunming Power Trading Center has issued more than 170 "green electricity vouchers" so far. Dong Jia, deputy director of the System Innovation Department of the Kunming Area, introduced that the government will work with enterprises to continuously promote the scale of green power consumption, and is committed to building the Kunming Area into a zero-carbon emission demonstration zone.

Notice on further deepening the market-oriented reform of electricity price for coal-fired power generation published on October 11, 2021. The notice expresses that the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will promote industrial and commercial users to enter the electricity market and cancel the price of electricity under industrial and commercial catalogs.

"Electricity retailers can shelve electricity packages on the 'LaiTaoDian' platform, and electricity consumers can choose and purchase different electricity packages. It is as convenient as topping up the phone," Dong added.

Kunming Xuelan milk Co., Ltd. has been involved in power trading since 2017. Li Jianfeng, the senior equipment engineer of the company, said that the company’s electricity cost was significantly reduced after participating in the power trading, and the monthly electricity cost could be saved by 70,000 to 100,000 yuan. The company also increased the proportion of renewable energy, which currently accounts for 86.41% of the total electricity consumption. "We will investigate the factory in Kunming to achieve zero-carbon emissions," Li added.

More than 100 power sales companies have settled in the "LaiTaoDian" platform since its launch, selling over 30,000 electricity packages. In 2021, the retail transaction electricity volume has exceeded 30 billion kWh. Yunnan's market-oriented electricity trading volume has accounted for more than 80% last year, ranking first in China.

Dong Jia said that there is great potential for the development of renewable energy through the "laitaodian" platform. All "green energy brand" power consumption enterprises such as green aluminum and green silicon industries in Yunnan have entered the market for trading. Making good use of green electricity vouchers can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market. 

据中国（云南）自贸试验区昆明片区（昆明经开区）管委会消息，截至目前，昆明电力交易中心已累计开出“绿色用电凭证”170余张。自贸试验区昆明片区（昆明经开区）制度创新部副部长董佳介绍，政府将联合企业持续推动绿色用电规模化，致力于将自贸试验区昆明片区打造成零碳产业示范区。

2021年10月，国家发展改革委印发《关于进一步深化燃煤发电上网电价市场化改革的通知》，要求“取消工商业目录销售电价，推动工商业用户都进入电力市场”。昆明电力交易中心因时制宜，创新打造全国首个一站式电力零售交易“来淘电”平台，促进电力零售交易便利化。“售电公司在平台上开设店铺，上架‘商品’有标准套餐，也有定制套餐。企业购电就跟网购其他商品一样，在线自主选择，像充话费一样快捷准确。”董佳说。

昆明雪兰牛奶有限责任公司从2017年就开始参与电力市场化交易。该公司设备高级工程师李剑锋介绍，参与电力化市场交易后，电费成本明显降低，每月可省下电费7万元至10万元。该公司同时加大绿电的使用比例，目前绿电占用电总量的86.41%；在生产线上加大节能降耗创新力度，使每吨产品耗电量从原来的110千瓦时降到现在的97千瓦时左右。“在新希望集团总部的指导下，我们正在对昆明工厂开展碳组织排查，最终目标是实现‘零碳乳业’。”李剑锋说。

自2020年12月上线以来，“来淘电”平台入驻售电公司超过100家，成交零售套餐超过3万单，2021年零售交易电量超过300亿千瓦时，市场参与度和交易活跃度不断提升。2021年云南市场化电量占比已超过80%，稳居全国榜首，领先全国第二约14个百分点。董佳说，通过“来淘电”平台，发展绿色能源大有可为，省内绿色铝、绿色硅产业等“绿色能源牌”用电企业全部入市交易，绿色能源交易和供需体量将不断扩展。用好绿电凭证，能够提升企业在国际市场的竞争力。（中文稿件来源：昆明信息港 昆明日报记者吴洁）
