（InKunming Christine）Recently, Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone) cashed support funds to 53 enterprises, totaling 162.525 million yuan.
Meanwhile, Kunming Area rewarded the top 20 enterprises by revenue in 2021, and other rewarded companies and units who are outstanding in business, green development, scientific and technological innovation, etc.
Yunnan Tin Industry Tin Material Co., Ltd. has been settled in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone since 2007, and has been strongly supported by the Management Committee.
“In recent years, the Management Committee gives enterprises about 5 million yuan in scientific and technological research and development every year, which strongly promotes us to focus on the research and development of tin new materials, and actively research information materials with high added value, high technological content and high market potential.” Wei Xiaogang, general manager of Yunnan Tin Industry Tin Material Co., LTD., introduced that based on technology and product innovation, the company withstood the pressure this year, achieving revenue of 2.1 billion yuan and profit of 60 million yuan in the first quarter.
ZTO International Southeast Asia Management Center won the evaluation of outstanding contribution to business, outstanding contribution to green development, and received 5.79 million yuan of support funds.

Last year, the Kunming Area revised and issued the “1+4+N” series of policies for high-quality development, with a total of 860 million yuan of various support funds to enterprises, implemented the policy of cutting taxes and fees, reduced the burden on enterprises by 890 million yuan. 58 enterprises above state designated scale and 40 new high-tech enterprises were newly settled in the area. 1.89 billion yuan was invested in R&D, ranking first in the province.

同时，通报奖励了2021年度自贸试验区昆明片区（昆明经开区）营业收入20强企业、园区突出贡献奖企业、商贸突出贡献企业、绿色发展突出贡献企业、科技创新突出贡献企业以及优秀基层党（工）委、先进基层党（工）委、党风廉政建设责任制工作先进单位。
企业感言
云南锡业锡材有限公司自2007年入驻昆明经开区以来，得到了园区管委会的大力支持。
“近年，管委会每年在科技研发方面给予企业的扶持资金在500万元左右，有力促进了我们以锡新材料研发为重点，积极研发高附加值、高技术含量、高市场潜力的信息材料。”云南锡业锡材有限公司总经理魏晓刚介绍，基于技术、产品的创新，今年企业顶住了压力，一季度实现营收21亿元、利润6000万元。
中通国际东南亚管理中心此次获评商贸突出贡献企业、绿色发展突出贡献企业，获得引进实际使用外资奖金579万元。
中通国际东南亚管理中心总裁助理李基平说：“在自贸试验区昆明片区（昆明经开区）我们得到了‘保姆式’的服务。”今年以来，国际物流业务受疫情影响较大，李基平介绍，中通国际东南亚管理中心与泰国农业部达成了一项合作协议，扶持资金来得及时，将被用于采购车辆、分拣设备等，助力企业发展。
去年一年，自贸试验区昆明片区（昆明经开区）修订出台了“1+4+N”高质量发展系列政策，共向企业兑现各类扶持资金8.6亿元；落实减税降费政策，为企业减负8.9亿元。全区新增规模以上企业58户；全社会研究与试验发展（R&D）经费投入18.9亿元，投入强度达到3.6%，居全省前列；新增高新技术企业40家。（中文稿件来源：“自贸昆明”微信公众号）
